My Experiences in Ferroalloy Industries:
I was a R&D manger in Iran Ferroalloy Industries Company for three years. Some of outline R&D group achievements after 3 years are as bellow:
1- Three new products: Densified Microsilica, Silicon Briquette, and Coke Briquette [5].
2- A simulation program for electrode length measurement [6].
3- Comparison of I.F.I and I.F.C (Two Iranian company) with 30 worldwide ferrosilicon producer (60 pages report) [7].
